Arnal workplace health and safety consulting, located in Oakville, Manitoba was born out of the frustration of witnessing countless workplace incidence that were preventable.

My goal is to ensure the safe return home to dinner with their families of all workers everyday. I want workers to enjoy their retirement,
free from preventable illness contracted through the course of their life's employment.

  
  Increased government demands and regulations regarding health and safety in the workplace. Difficulty in accessing/understanding government workplace safety requirements and lack of available mentorship mandated someone with extensive health and safety knowledge to offer services in the central plains area.


We know from experience that the best managed safety programs are driven from within the organization where all parties are given responsibilities for safety and health of themselves and their co-workers. Arnal heath and safety consultants will strive to instil a safety culture supported by an (IRS) internal responsibility system where everyone looks out for each other.
